  • Working on Front Desk and providing support to all residence and guests;
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keep messages;
  • Selling Company’s additional services, preparing bills and taking payments;
  • Dealing with complaints, problems, or lost property;
  • Participating in emergency response and disaster control;
  • Providing additional Concierge support during events;
  • Complying with Company’s policies and procedures;
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, or providing reception services;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • PC literacy (Excel, Word);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Knowledge of other languages would be considered an advantage.
