Responsibilities:
- Dealing with foreign/domestic trademark/patent portfolio
- Assisting senior staff in maintaining the records of trademark/patent portfolio information
- Preparing correspondence and responding to inquiries from clients throughout the trademark/patent registration process
- Preparing summaries and periodic status reports of trademark/patents matters for clients
- Supporting trademark/patent related projects
- Performing other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive material
Qualifications:
- University degree (Faculty of Philology, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Political Sciences, and similar)
- Fluency in English (other languages are considered as a bonus) along with excellent PC skills are prerequisites
- Previous administrative work experience is a plus, but not required as training opportunities are provided by the firm
