On behalf of our client, Mondelez International, we are looking for a proactive and creative professional to fill in the following position:

Temporary assignment – 1 year contract

• Monitoring of warehousing operations and various interfaces with third-party logistics providers;
• Observing third-party logistics providers and overall warehousing operations, including service quality monitoring and daily issue management;
• Managing correct and timely stock booking, booking of damages, returns and shortages, stock reconciliation in assigned warehouses, changing inventory locations and statuses;
• Supervising labeling and compacting activities;
• Following Inbound and Outbound transportation;
• Checking and tracking CS&L costs and invoices, and coordinating of  accounting - supplier relations;
• Correcting import/export activities of finished goods and POSM in EAM;
• Delivering and reporting of CS&L KPI’s;
• Maintaining and creating various reports;
• Supporting local and regional projects and Quality, Health & Safety teams.

• University degree in technical or organizational sciences, traffic engineering or similar is an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job and ideally exposure to the FMCG industry;
• Advanced knowledge of warehousing processes and functionalities;
• Basic knowledge of transportation processes;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PC literacy;
• Very good analytical skills;
• Ability to solve problems;
• Accuracy and reliability;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Serbian.
