On behalf of our client, successful fast-growing company Hilti SMN d.o.o, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

Responsibilities:

 

  • Planning schedules for visiting customers within their sales territory;
  • Developing sales plans, monitors the execution of their realization for the assigned key customers;
  • Creating relationships and maintaining contacts with all key people;
  • Demonstrating and introducing new products in the assortment to the key customers assigned, in line with the company's goals and sales strategy;
  • Affecting the growth of sales of all categories of Hilti products in accordance with the needs of assigned customers and consumers;
  • Controlling the realization of sales plans with key customers for which AM is in charge;
  • Keeping records and completing all necessary administration for assigned customers;
  • Creating sales reports and giving feedback to the management on the most important sales activities.
Qualifications:
  • University degree, Economy or Engineering faculty is an advantage;
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in the similar position;
  • High motivation level and passion for sales;
  • Team oriented person;
  • Focus on results and goals;
  • Very good presentation skills;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in English language, Italian language is an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Driver’s license B category.
