On behalf of our client, successful fast-growing company McCain, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Sales Representative for Dalmatia 

Location: Dalmatia region

• Develop and maintain a good level of knowledge of customers in Food Service: their environment, their products, their characteristics, their expectations
• Understand the customer needs/requests and work internally to propose the best solution, in term of product specification, price, logistics, and support
• Develop and maintain a good level of knowledge of the position, strengths, and weaknesses of our main competitors (markets, prices, service levels, products, etc.)
• Identify and explore potentials for development (new customers, new distributors, and new sector of activities) 
• Implements the action plan defined with his Manager in the most efficient way
• A regular daily end customer visits and execute a plan and activity reports with relevant information

• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG and multinational environment 
• Consumer-focused Sales experience in consumer products with a preference for an experience focused on food or beverage would be an advantage
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and consumers 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and self-driven individual 
• Fluent knowledge of English 
• Good PC skills (PPT, Excel)
• Driving license B category
