Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day to day functions of the Finance, Human Resources, and Legal department;
• Manage all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems, while ensuring compliance with Serbian GAAP;
• Manage and conduct internal controlling as well as all financial and legal audits;
• Create and present financial reports to the CFO in an accurate and timely manner;
• Manage and guide all personnel issues, employee relations in the organization and safe & secure work issues;
• Manage all import and export procedures in accordance with the both domestic and foreign legislation;
• Participate in HR initiatives and remain up to date on best practices, laws, and regulations;
• Work with IT specialists to develop and implement new processes and systems that increase financial and operational efficiencies;
• Support the Plant Director in the development and controlling of the other plant departments; 
• Participate or lead specific company projects or assignments depending on the business processes and strategy.

Qualifications:

• University degree (Faculty of Economics or similar);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in an international production environment;
• Financial management experience with a broad knowledge of other business departments and their functions;
• Excellent people management and communication skills;
• An analytical person with strong attention to details;
• Excellent knowledge of English language;
• Strong PC skills.
