The standard working hours for this position are 8 hours daily within a 24/7 rotation on a previously agreed basis. Candidates are expected to be able to work all 4 shifts as required.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to the customer requests in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers to resolve issues
- Build a sustainable relationship and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications:
- High school or University degree
- Experience on a similar role would be an advantage
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Problem solver with strong organization and time management skills
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Understanding of CRM systems and practices
- Fluency in Italian
- Excellent knowledge of English
