Due to the significant business growth of Gi Group HR Solutions, we have an outstanding opportunity in our team, and we are looking for a proactive and reliable person for the position of Business Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Performing other clerical administration duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Acting as the first point of contact and performing some of the personal assistant tasks for the General Manager
- Working closely with the administration and operations teams to ensure the smooth running of the business, including the maintenance of office stock and supplies and regular database updates
Qualifications:
- At least one year of work experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Good PC skills
