On behalf of our client, a successful international company Kuehne+Nagel, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: HR Manager.

Opis posla:

Your Role

The primary function of the role is to oversee and manage all core Human Resource functions and activities to ensure that all external regulations and internal processes are complied with at all times. Also to ensure that the delivery of HR support duties, policies and programs is aligned and is in partnership with the regional HR goals and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business + key specialist functions to design and implement HR road-map to support delivery of key performance indicators
  • Coach/advise managers on effective management of performance in liaison with specialists as required
  • Oversee the organizational development process to address issues of organizational design, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention and change management
  • Ensure that best practice talent sourcing methods are used to secure the right candidates. Prepare and update the recruitment strategy in line with the Global Services Corporate and Local strategic objectives
  • Responsible for C&B Strategy for the KNGS under she/his responsibility, to oversee the annual salary increment + bonus round under the guidance of relevant specialists
  • Create and implement a learning and development program in conjunction with relevant specialists that addresses employee needs in accordance with business requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all employment and OHS practices, policies and legislation
  • Ensure performance management processes are fully implemented including SMART targets, quality performance reviews, calibration, succession panels and performance improvement measures as required up to and including disciplinary measures
Zahtevi:

Your skills and experience

  • Excellent knowledge and command of English
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR with minimum 5 on managerial level
  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business related
  • Sound knowledge in all HR disciplines including employment legislation
  • Ability to translate business and HR strategy into practical solutions
  • Knowledge of Compensation + Benefit principles/programs
  • Knowledge of Talent Resourcing and Management tools and methodologies
