On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:

• Designing, communicating and implementing an operational plan for completing a project;
• Monitoring the progress and performance against the project plan;
• Resolving operational problems, minimizing delays;
• Identifying, developing, and gathering necessary resources to complete the project;
• Preparing designs and work specifications;
• Developing schedules, budgets and forecasts;
• Selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and contractors;
• Appling technical standards according the business strategy
• Preparing tender for all scopes of work and collaborating with technical sourcing for purchasing equipment and services;
• Liaising with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project (QA, Health & Safety, Operations, Maintenance).

• Bachelor or master degree in Engineering;
• 3+ years working experience in a manufacturing environment;
• 3+ years of experience in managing investment projects;
• Certification in Project Management;
• Highly developed technical skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Fluent English knowledge, written and oral;
