On behalf of our client, Hemofarm A.D. we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop and maintain sustainable relations with the employees providing for the application of all HR processes;
- Act as a partner for business in matters of employee relations, performance & talent management;
- Promotes the policies and goals in order to increase the awareness, motivation, and participation of all employees;
- Creates and sustains our employer reputation through all HR processes, especially selection, onboarding and stay/exit interviews;
- Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and practices whilst ensuring compliance;
- Supporting managers to use certain techniques and skills for employee training and development;
- Implement and monitor all processes in Human Resources within the allocated depth;
- Proactively communicates HR policies, programs, and employee information;
- Provide support to Senior HR BP in all regular and ad hoc HR activities/processes;
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and solutions;
Qualifications:
- University degree;
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the production area;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Independent and self-initiative person;
- Excellent strategic thinking and good business understanding;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
