On behalf of our client, a successful international company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position: Technical Support Representative. 
  • Provide support to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps 
  • Report and detail system issues and problems to the product development team 
  • Maintain current knowledge of the entire product suite 
  • Maintain and update client reference guides 
  • Experience or familiarity with web-based technologies; ability to quickly learn product specifics 
  • Proven ability to solve customer issues through thorough investigation
  • Demonstrated skills in building strong customer relationships 
  • English language - excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Candidates must be able to work 5 weekly 8-hour shifts between hours of 2pm-2am Belgrade time, which may include weekends
